Program Overview
1. Introduction
The Oak Community Manager Program is designed for passionate and proactive individuals who want to play a leading role in building vibrant local outdoor communities.
Oak is one of the fastest growing mountain sports communities with a strong set of values and a mission to promote fun and safety in the mountains. Our Community Managers share these values, believe in Oak’s mission, and are committed to creating spaces where people connect, progress and learn together.
As a Community Manager, you will be the local face of Oak. You will organise social events, maintain active groups, build partnerships with local outdoor stores, and help welcome new members into the Oak community. Your work will directly shape how Oak grows in your area and ensure it becomes a trusted and inspiring part of the local outdoor scene.
